We recommend that you do the following as soon as you receive your shipment:
Examine the contents carefully for physical flaws or shipping damage.
Check to make sure you got the right products.
To receive a replacement, damaged merchandise must be reported within two business days of delivery.

Packaging Your Return
products must be returned in their original condition within 15 days; washed, damaged, or used products will not be accepted.
With your return, please include your invoice or a letter with your name, address, and order ID#.
When your item is returned and verified to be in its original condition, a refund will be issued in the same mode of payment that was used to place the order. If you prefer a different item or size, you must place a new order for that alternate item.

* We do not accept returns on videos and CDs, any sort of poster or billboard, body jewellery, swimwear, underwear, guitar tabs, or books. Items that have been worn, washed, or used will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
**Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and customs expenses, as well as import taxes, are non-refundable.
